Yes, you just need either original bullseye bearings or get yourself a standard 24mm Shimano BB and some shims that shim from 24mm to 22.2mm. Gil_m on here used to sell shims that did the job as did desperado:
I use these on three sets of my Bullseyes and they work perfectly. The alternative is to have a machine shop shave .2mm off the axle and then use a 22mm Euro BMX bottom bracket. I used this approach on one other set of BBs http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/blan ... lsrc=aw.ds

I would like them for my Attitude backfire if you do want to sell them, maybe a deal could be worked out taking into account Pete_mcc's advice and idea on value.
Get a nice machine shop to make one like mine, all it takes is a wheel Allen key skewer and a couple of turned ends. I am sure rampage could knock it up in no time, or use the key you have shown in your photo:
