Bullseye cranks

Thinking of selling these, bullseye cranks, ritchy rings, press fit bottom bracket for a Klein or similar

Good condition

Could keep the rings if that makes any difference

No idea how much I should sell them for

Last set I sold I got around £175 for. BBs are junk, replace with a standard 24mm BB and desperado or Gil_m shims.


Do a completed auctions search on eBay for a really good idea. Bullseyes aren't cheap any more.

Thanks all, could you expand on the bottom bracket?

Theses came of a Klein with a press fit set up, the bearings are shown in the pic

Is it possible to set these up in a frame with a threaded bb then?

Yes, you just need either original bullseye bearings or get yourself a standard 24mm Shimano BB and some shims that shim from 24mm to 22.2mm. Gil_m on here used to sell shims that did the job as did desperado:

I use these on three sets of my Bullseyes and they work perfectly. The alternative is to have a machine shop shave .2mm off the axle and then use a 22mm Euro BMX bottom bracket. I used this approach on one other set of BBs

That's great thanks, so any tips to stop the non drive side working loose, in the absence of an IRD keeper!

That's some good knowledge for the memory bank.
I would like them for my Attitude backfire if you do want to sell them, maybe a deal could be worked out taking into account Pete_mcc's advice and idea on value.

Get a nice machine shop to make one like mine, all it takes is a wheel Allen key skewer and a couple of turned ends. I am sure rampage could knock it up in no time, or use the key you have shown in your photo:

The key never seemed to work, but maybe I will give them another go
