Building the THM way including paint masterclass. FW Evans

This all started when during a recent expedition to the shed, i came across a small reel of rare brown outer, dehydrated and desperate as the nearby water holes had dried up. I carefully approached, not wishing to spook the timid creature who gradually gained in confidence. We shared my zefal bottle and became attached. I should have put the super glue away more carefully.

This frame then turned up, ample in size and in need of large amounts of tlc. We were a perfect match. I have christened it 'Frank the Antithesis', Maurice for short. as this is the polar opposite of his most famous croon: Frank Evans, for little girls.

A large male such as myself being far better suited to taming this wild and free spirit of the plains, with perhaps, mudguards and a rack, cx comp tyres and wide gearing for winter excursions to watering holes far and near, in search of others in need of love and a home without fear of the poacher's rifle.

Another picture to lighten the page

Well it's half term and i'm an English teacher, impatient to inspire minds and she's a slow worker. Yes dear reader, those aren't my hands. It is my good lady that has the steadfastness to delicately inscribe between those ancient letters, handed down from father to son, loved and cherished but ultimately destined for the hand of one with little respect from whom it was rescued by THM esquire, builder extraordinaire, king of colour, the conjuror of dreams...............

Actually, as a well constructed amusement i prefer this.
