bottom bracket threads wrecked on alloy frame!!!

read up on this stuff and it seems to be the real deal and is used on guns so must be reliable i would assume

i've had a frame helicoiled by this guy (both sides) way back last year and it's still solid :wink:


it's a bit pricey al but well worth the cash 8)

Technically yes (if it's anything like HTII) and you put the chainline back to 47.5 and reduce the q-factor-thing. You may need to modify the cups/bit between them, splines, depending on how far you go.
I've seen an article on it, I'm sure it was the MAG21's on a kids bike person but cannot find my link.
