bottom bracket question..... strange looking cup

Hi, I was wondering if anyone recognises this type of Bottom Bracket cup... It's off an old Muddy Fox (bottom of the range), I picked it up off gumtree for 20quid at christmas cos it looked bright and yellow but now can't work out how to get this thing off... none of my tools resemble anything that might fit it.. etc etc

Hi Matt, don't know what it's called, but looking at the Park Tools guides, it looks the same as they are working on http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/cartridge-bearing-type-bottom-bracket-service-bbt here, about halfway down, under the heading 'Cup and Lockring Type'

They are using a SPA-4 (yellow handled pin spanner) and a HCW-5 Crank and Bottom bracket Wrench to service this; you look to have removed / be missing the lockring, so wouldn't need the HCW-5

Its the place at Ensbury Park?
There was a chap there who my friend knew call Eric he rode a Cannondale Super V in bright green(?) which my friend bought. He had an accent, possibly Canadian, American, New Zealand or Australian!
