Not being one for flogging kit very often. It is going to be hard to part with this one.

I got it off Del after he made it even more beautiful (I believe it was off Ebay). Don't have any history of it, but needless to say it's had a lot of time and energy put into it.

I made it slightly more rideable (I believe), by swapping the Salsa for a slighty higher and shorter Bontrager stem.

Its been stored in my spare room and only been used to pootle round on in the dry. The only reason I want to get flog is to allow me to keep all the bikes I ride on a regular basis. We have finally bought somewhere up here (Keswick) and it's smaller than the rental place we're currently in.

If it doesn't go; the loft it is. No time for splits (we're moving house). Happy to post at cost (£20 ish I guess...). Looking for £450 (£470 posted). I'm around Sheffield and Manchester area quite often, and anywhere in between.

Please don't buy this...

Oh, I can do 'real' piccies when I'm back home.

I'm 5'10. The seatpost in the piccies was swapped for a longer one (I still have the Suntour one tho'). Fits me fine. I suspect Del was a couple of inchs shorter than me. It's an 18". I will get the correct dims tonight.

Spec is XT pure and simple. A full 21 speed! Not sure of the model number, anybody? Tyres are Porcupines (sorry...)

Bonty OR ?Racelite?

Hiya, a friend of mine is on the look out for a Bonty, will draw his attention to this one...

Looking at the pics I think the frame could be the "Racelite" version, due to the apparently bonded on cable guides on the toptube & the
?bonded in bottle cage boses.

All the best!

It's defo an 'Offroad'. It's pre-Race\Race-Lite, unless people know any different...Del?

I guess the 'Offroad' is pretty much the same as a 'Race'. The Race-lite has a few more details. The most obvious being the externally butted headtube.

Some piccies. A tad dusty and hastily cobbled together. Size-wise it is 18" to top of clamp and 21.5" tt c-c.

Darn it! My Wife tells me storage is out of the questions, so I'll bump it up, then consider a possible split if no interest. I would like the whole bike to be sold obviously...
