yeah it was more so when i was a kid, but i dont remember.
had a light snow shower today, stayed for about an hour, no much though, a few mm
 
Snowed all fricking day (and most of last night by the state of it). . .

Supposed to be collecting the keys to the new house tomorrow and meeting my Mum there so her fella and I can put a secure fence up in the back yard..

That ain't happening now (well, I still have to collect the keys but the fence thing. . nup )....

Well it was bad. Steel toe/sole wellies are cold in the snow at the best of times. The fact my sodding socks found the task of covering my feet impossible made it worse. Four hours with cold feet and the b@st@rd offspring of hail/snow rolling down my back and sleeve made it an afternoon for the diary.

ah! you be farmer then? that is a job that must be just horrible at this time of year? even the early sunrise summer days can not make up for this lot.

I haven't worn wellies since I was a kid, but....why do they always succeed in making your socks fall down and then off (resulting in a damp sock in the bottom of the boot and a cold damp foot - ah, happy [1] memories)? Maybe this irritation is the reason why I gave up on wellies as I got older!

oof just rain down here but still chilly, crashed on the ice on foot bridge and bent my mech :cry: :cry:
