Blazing pedals on DVD?

Just read the book Atlas Biker by Nick Crane, about the making of a documentary film folowing him plus 2 other riders on mountain bikes crossing the High Atlas ranges in Morocco. Fancy seeing the film now, which I gather was 7 hours of film condensed into a 30 minutes documantary, that went out in early 1990's, I believe. Anyone know if there are copies about? A Google search threw up nothing. One of the riders Chris Bradley has a website that says he does talks about the trip and shows the DVD at the end, so they are out there. Any ideas?

Anyone heard of this film? Nothing at all about it on Google except an empty BFI reference showing that it aired in 1989, it would be a shame if this was lost forever. It was the first MTB themed film ever aired on British TV, and by all accounts it was a great watch.
