Bike Icons T-Shirts

Hi All

I've produced this t-shirt design and thought it may be of interest to the forum members. I am looking to get an initial run printed. The design features silhouettes of many iconic classic cycle component designs (see if you can spot them all!).

The design will be traditionally screen printed locally with biodegradable, solvent free, environmentally friendly inks.

The t-shirts themselves are 100% organic cotton 155gsm and approved by the Fair Wear Foundation, ensuring the workers in the factory are paid a fair wage and work in a safe and healthy environment, by choosing this product you’ll supporting the foundation. I’ve spent a while sampling a number of t-shirts and decided on these, they wear great with a nice tailored cut, much better quality than the usual budget shirts that printers use.

Size guide here:

Price is £16 each (or 2 for £30) + 2.50 postage

I need a minimum order of 25 to print so if you would like one please add your name and the size and quantity you would like to this thread. Please also make a paypal gift payment to velofabdesign@gmail.com including your forum name and full address.

Thanks all

Peter

Re:

Great idea, but if you pardon me saying, the design is somewhat "fussy" and no one will be able to see what it is from a few yards away. Personally I would simplify the design, with lower number of components, but of larger size?

Re:

Hi thanks for the feedback, always useful to hear :) It's interesting you suggest that, as the design did start out with larger images, some with just a single item. Of the few variations I had this one was most popular with thefew people I showed. (obviously the shapes are larger and clearer in real life!) Perhaps I'll post a few of the earlier versions, it would be great to get some more feedback before deciding on a print, perhaps put it to a poll!

cheers

+1 on larger , individual components.
Looks great though, I look forward to seeing the finished result :) .
