In my initial message which you quote in an incomplete manner, I provided a link to the US National Archives catalog page featuring a series of photos presenting the bicycle given to President Eisenhower in July 1956.

This series of photos does not come from the Library of Congress, as you mention.

The website picryl.com, to which you provided the link, is operated by a private commercial company that offers a search engine for documents in the public domain.

Note at the bottom of the page where it lists the source. I apologize, the images come from The US National Archives, not Library of Congress. Thank you for the explanation of the business model for the search engine
