I can see how it will be misused, for example I've not seen the bro outlaw who is a journo chasing Ms Katona on his GT, or the long commute. could be wrong though of course! 
A collegue was using his yesterday, then he CBA with C2W anyway!
Thing is they are taking away so much monies and freedoms from drivers and pubtrans users that about time we clawed back. And I wouldn't recommend commuting to just anyone :idea: :evil: its messy and a sharp curve out there. if a few recreation rides inspires em and builds up their confidence and skillz0rs, good stuff.
Its funny how we think similar though! I was gonna either actually buy a nice commuter, or yog monies on a super sweet modern HT
and commute on whatever. I'm not actually buying anything right now incase I leave! 
they have said on ours though that various local shops recommended can do custom builds, good to know.
