Dude.. you won't hear me argue that point...
Statistically, I am now more likely to die while in receipt of benefits than be employed again..
I'm unemployable in my old industry (thank fook).. and at nigh-on 45 am a little old to get sufficient training for anything suitable (bearing in mind physical limitations).

We have 3 kids and I have had the snip so won't be procreating further..

There should be a limit to how many kids anyone can produce (like in China - not that everyone takes notice)..

Anyway...I have no children so am quite lucky on that front

Let's not forget that the working folk used to get married for the tax breaks..
Slightly less 'damaging' than baby production but seems a similar mentality to me..

sorry to tell you this but that was brought in to incurage the good clean family ideal and it was no where near or even close to par with the kid factorys i mean familys tahat have kids for benefits as gibble said round norfolk and suffolk there are a lot of blantant scroungers who admit they dont want to work and "why should i" and "its my right im intitaled to money hand outs" to be fair this is gonna be the state soon in order.

1. kids will copy parents and sponge if there lazy parents teach them how.

2. the kids that want more from life will work hard and be raped by the tax man to pay for the lazyier members of sociaty.

3. country will go bust thank you spongers that refused to work.

4. all those that tried to work but just couldn't find any will end up getting tar'd with the lazy members of sociaty's brush even thow its not there fault.

5. we change sociaty but restructuring the benfits program like other countrys so the baby farmers get bugger all and the kids removed from them if they cant support them and those that are truly genuine get what they need to get them started again.

but this is england everyone in it is out for themselves and will stab each other in the back to get it this is always the way and we so with smiles and distane

Just about understood that dan.....and I totally agree

People say it is a small element who abuse the system but you and I know that in lowestoft and great yarmouth....it is the majority that abuse the system......

and another thing....why is it that all the people on the sink estates near where we live have nearly new cars :twisted: why we all have to have second hand heaps :roll: :roll:

For whatever reason it was brought in, people used it to get more money.. fact.
And I didn't say it was on a par, I said it was a similar mentality..
The baby factories get more by producing more.. the cohabiting got more by getting married.
I worked with a number of people in the 80's who only got married to secure the cash, they wouldn't have bothered otherwise.
