It's not a Dyna-Tech. Think it's an AT23 frame - Maverick / Marauder / Mustang. Something like that. Whatever, that's a very optimistic price tag.

I had to have another look, I think the spokes have been undone and replaced to put the hanging basket on! That’s quite some effort!
