This is sweet, and very like my build will be. Going the Black and Gold route. Still need to get the headset sorted so I can get some measurements to Dan re the stem - Unless I go the L-168 route....

Cool thanks for that. Do you know if an XT with the road mount is actually a real thing?

If not the mavic looks good and would be a good reason to buy a matching headset. Is £35 for the one on eBay a fair price would you say?
