avid juicy carbon disc brakes...I fixed 'em

I have de-greased the disc totally
I have bled them front and back twice
This made the pad adjust work but they still were crap power wise just squeaky  I then put some lemonade in my garden spray gun and sprayed the discs with this several times and let it dry and guess what...........................They are working  The back still will not lock the wheel but it actually will stop me  :D

could be the way your bleeding them your proberly leaving small bubbles in there still bloody home mechanics

i could do seeing as im a cytech level3 mechanic     but being a proper mechanic id have to charge my fee to start is dr pepper and fig roll's :D

.

Not sure if this is valid in this case but its worked on every motorbike i've ever owned :D
Are you bleeding them from the caliper end?
If you are try instead, removing the master cyclinder cover, then gently pull the lever in about half way and fasten it of with a cable tie and leave it over night. Any air in the system will automatically bleed itself out :D
Also when doing this check that the master cylinder is at an angle so that any air that is trapped in it will travel up to the appature.
This may or may not help but is defo worth a try

I do not put to much store in qualie's Dan:wink: my sister got a degree in sociology by ticking a few boxes and borrowing lots of money  but two packs of fig rolls and two tins of dr.pepper sounds cheap   what would you do if I bought you a whole bottle of dr.pepper :?: roll over and let me tickle your tummy
