anyone had a proper BMW M3?

Oh Christ lol, I'd be using it for long drives to the lake district every weekend, that alone is 264 mile round trip, then what ever miles I do when I'm there.

Could be a very bad choice.....seeing as its all fun overtaking roads!

Will a 21yr old motor last long in my hands, that's another thing, the car is bang on 100% at the minute but that's because it's owned by a British touring car driver and maintened by himself and his race mechanics!

Only scanned this... but on the face of it looks good. Like all things dependent on price... E30 M3's are commanding good money at the mo...

id get it for pretty much the price he paid, despite the expensive engine rebuild etc its had done since, so around £10,000.......damn expensive for a 1990 mind lol

i will get some better pics when im at the garage, my golf is still there getting new brakes and tires.......

That's cheap! I haven't seen a decent one of these under £15K for a long time...

yeah, apparently rough ones are 10k and mint ones as much as 35k!!!! i couldnt believe it.......thats new shape m3 v8 money!

Yeah... Sport Evo 2's have always been silly money... but it really hit home when I saw a Ltd edtion Cecotto version at £28K  This was nothing more than a badge engineering exercise for the M3...

Oh how I cringe when I think back to not paying £6k for one about six years ago...

On the flip side, they need looking after and I don't know what the interior condition of the one you are after is...

Best advice is if you like it (and can afford it), buy it. Any profit down the line is then a bonus...

:D
