Not a secret eater but addict  .
At least two a week, my record in five in a week  .
Local curry house changed hands and isn't like it was.
At least South Shields is only 15 miles away from, home to the famous curry mile.

Is it weird that me and my family went for a curry on Christmas day  ?

Have you tried Spice House in Bearpark? usually pretty good although they've stopped doing curry pizzas now :(

I'm quite partial to a curry but the mrs is a pizza lover so I don't eat them as often as I would. Special treat though :)

its got to be Tikka Chicken Dansak - otherwise the chicken is too dry/rubbery!

i have mine with pilau rice, Keema Naan, poppadums, that yogurt dip and all the onion/extra veg they give you chucked in the sauce :)

crikey i could do it all again tonight! surely its not THAT bad for you....??? just my wallet that suffers right?

No I haven't actually! Will give it a go sometime, went to a restaurant in Belmont the other Sunday.
Lovely food, fantastic service but bloody expensive  . Cost twice as much as my usual at South Shields and was just the same if not worse.

Might look into the one in Belmont, wasn't aware of it. I'm quite partial to the capitol although haven't been in a while, the guys other restaurant in Chester moor is pretty good too (and reasonably priced)

Lamb Vindaloo for me. Occasionally I would have a Paal but that was when I had a curry house curry and I haven't been to a curry house for 20 years!
When I was 3 we lived in a flat next to a Indian family, I am told they soon found curry was the only food it wasn't a struggle to get me to eat and I probably haven't had less than a few curries a week since.
