anyone able to home a puppy?

Hi. Sorry mods if this is in the wrong section but classifieds doesn't seem right to me.

A friend of a friend, lets call him idiot for the purpose of this post, bought a puppy for his girlfriend. I'm sure you can guess the rest already but i'll press on. Idiot's girlfriend decides 24 hours later that a dog doesn't suit her new hair/handbag/mood/hangover and instructs idiot to get it gone. Proto.

My mate, scott went to see idiot and took the puppy away- it wasn't being looked after. He can't keep her and needs a loving home. I've asked around to no avail. Anyone on here able to give a puppy some love? No idiots though.

She's a dark brown staffie. Very cute!

Keep me in mind as a very last resort.
We're moving after Christmas, so the two terriers and family will be slightly confused, and confusing for a pup. But if it's a choice of that or the usual unwanted Staffie fate...

just to make things clear, the person who is looking after the dog at the minute isnt the idiot that bought it for his girlfriend. he is my mate who couldnt leave the puppy where it was.
