Wanted Any sweet, lightweight 21" (ish) frames needing a good home?

Hello peops! I'm on the hunt for decent quality 21" hardtail frame. May consider an inch either side.
Ideally something lightweight with a snazzy paint job, disc mounts, 1 1/8 headtube and lugs for mudguards and pannier racks.
