Any electronics engineers out there?

I'm looking for someone to build a smoothing circuit to take the 6V output from a Dynamo hub to a steady 5V to allow me to charge my USB devices as I ride.
Anyone got any ideas?

Probably just a simple zener diode to clip the voltage to ~5V will be fine, the dynamo may well have some clipping it at 6V so as to protect the bulb from it's output.

But then I guess it's down to what you output from your dynamo is like.

The dynamo is supposed to be 6V 3W, but does not have an overcharge circuit built in.
I'm not well versed in electronics, so I'd rather pay someone who knows what they are doing to build one rather than knackering my GPS tracker by putting too much through it.

Which shows the circuit I need, and even has a step by step building guide. I might give it a go myself over the next couple of weeks.
