For every bike you have a specification list on Bikepedia or bicyclebluebook.
But not for early Yeti. Can't find it in the original Yeti brochures either.

Why is that? :?

Cheers

how early, bikepedia only goes back to like 1993... but somebody had to actually put in the specs so if they don't know them then they can't do it.But early Yetis didn't really have specs, they were frame only and you could spec stuff you wanted

Hmm. A bit strange. The Yeti ARC for example is with specs in the German BIKE markt 93 and 94. Same specs in the Yeti brochure picture at that time. But nowhere a detailed spec list..

Thanks anyway

yeah well the 93 and 94 US catalog things have no specs, only frames ie; "Each Yeti frame includes an evolution headset, cable ferrules, assemble instructions and a limited one-year material and workmanship warranty to the origianl owner."...thats all the spec you get in 1994

Aight. Which evolution headset?
Thought it was Stronglight?

I'd be thinking CK. According to 1993 catalogue they list manitou, ringle, grafton, irc - obviously team sponsors and they list CK headsets and speed grips (were they ODI?) as parts they could supply (and CK in 94 as well)

yes, yeti speed grips, but they were made buy someone else was ODI or ATI or someone, can't remember. Just like the tyres, Yeti FRO tyres were made by IRC

Yes by Ori. And Irc yeti claw tyres. Answer parts, XTR M900 with gripshift SRT500. Ringle parts, Mavic M261 CD. Flite... for ARC.
