An offer to bad to refuse? Yeti FRO

I got into retro bikes because I can afford them, but I found this and... well... Seller says there is a dent in the downtube and a 4mm crack in the seat tube near the clamp (is that really bad?, cracks are bad...) Otherwise nice parts and condition. How much do you reckon it is worth? Would a broke bloke like me be able to obtain the unobtainable for a not crazy price?
