Found this during a five minute scan through ebay. Got to be of use to someone.
Think the frame is probably a mid-'90s saracen (can't think who else pierced the top tube/seat tube like that). If it is I'd imagine it'll be 1 1/8th steerer
Didn't look too closely at the specs, but the prostop and bullseye hub has got to be worth the starting price to someone, and the acutrax would be a bonus
