Absobloodylutely livid!!!

Sort skimmed this so not sure if you are still on speaking terms. If so pop round for a cuppa and use the loo, flushing a open condom down

Then it's just a matter of time before the sh!t comes back to him

Ohhhhhh...... let's see now.

Report to police (as Criminal Damage, Trespassing), and to council, seek advice from CAB and possibly council too.
Apply for ASBO, especially if neighbours will back up the fact they've seen the old c*nt wandering through their gardens as well.
Get the planning application information and ask council to investigate, there may (hopefully) not have been an application in the first place, you never know.
Failing that......get several buckets of sodium chlorate and nuke his garden.

Just remember that you don't need planning permission in all situations if the conservatory falls within a certain % area of the house and lots of other rules, however building regulations do apply. If you check your councils website you should find the planning sections and it will explain what you are allowed to build without planning.

Just find out before approaching him if thats what you plan to do.

to the best of my knowledge, its square footage needs to fall within 10% of the total footprint of his land boundary (not sure if that includes the foot print of his house or not).

It also needs to be under a certain height, and not imposing on anyones privacy or denying a certain amount of daylight.

Im sure there are more conditions also.

The point made earlier about other neighbours spotting him tresspassing is one of the most important. If you can get others to back up your claims that he tresspassed and most likly is the cause of the criminal damage, then he will at the very least be receiving unwanted attention from the powers that be...plus challenging his conservatory will really put the cat amongst the pigeons.

Go on do it,I did this with a neigbour and he crapped himself because he bought his house cash with no searches or survey and turned out his house had an extention that had no planning permission,Results were great for me and real bad for him

Well, the touch paper has been lit, now just need to wait a couple or three weeks and there should be some fireworks in Worthing....

Quite shocked by those pictures, didn't imagine the tree to be so big and it's a nice looking tree as well.

Personally I would found it hard not to have given the neighbour both barrels for doing that! Good luck getting it resolved or getting a nice bit of revenge lol
