A few of my previous retro rides- Alpinestars, Kona, Merlin

Thought I'd pop a few pics of my retro builds from the last couple of years.

All of these are sadly long gone (to good homes!)

The Merlin was actually a very nice Tange Ultimate Superlight tubed nickel plated steel frame from Merlin Cycles of Preston....

I paid a £3 each for those Biscuit Panaracer Magics from Merlin cycles.....

LOVE that cro-mega, paint jobs on them are sooo cool. Reminds me of reading MBUK bitd and dreaming!

Imagine how much those tyres would be on ebay! £3! lol.

Of course I LOVE the cro-mega, it was my bike BITD, so many fond memories it's untrue, not least the saving-up paper round money for almost a year to pay for it as a skint teenager
