Being a big Intense fan and hankering to build something a bit different (for me) I bought a rolling chassis of frame, fork and wheels off Fleabay last year and was waiting to gather all the relevant bits to complete as i didn't want to rob parts of any other bikes i have, but being furloughed late March bought the project forward, so the Cannonade Trigger became the sacrificial lamb, brakes and cranks and some excellent discounts on 1 x 11 XT drivetrain on Chainreaction, was going to go 1 x 12 but couldn't really justify the extra £££'s for one more cog, the Fox F29 forks were in good condition but had a straight steerer which someone had mullered getting the crown race off, so an excellent chance purchase of some excellent bright green Fox floats (thanks KeepItSteel) completed the build, its built up nice and light and with all the good weather recently i've been out near on everyday for the last month, i'm really pleased with it, cheers!
