So, years ago, while trolling around eBay, I was on the store site for a mattress proprietor. And, for reasons unknown to me, intermixed with the Sealy Posturepedic mattress sets and the Perfect Sleeper bedding, the seller just happened to have this...
A 2002 Electra Hawaii Cruiser. A new, complete bike for USD $200. And, that my friends, is what they call an "impulse buy." How could I pass it up?
Even if it's not an authentic retrobike, Electra has always had the retro spirit down. The handlebars are wide like the saddle, I can ride with my flip-flop sandals, and the bike never fails to put a big smile on my face. It's perfect for riding around the neighborhood with my little monkeys.
Every time I hop on this bike, I *feel* like I'm on vacation...
