Hi!

Here is the frame. :)

First question, should I polishing it, or leave like this? Sure, I can make new decals, if I need to touch the frame.
Because looks like its an original, good condition Zaskar from 1996, without any dents, scratches( viewtopic.php?f=1&t=317799&start=20 ), I plan to rebuild it for everyday use. XTR levers, brakes, and XT set.
The question is the suspension fork. RS Judy XC? T2? Marzocchi XCR?

Pleeeease help... :D

The decals are nice so keep them and just autosol around them.
For forks, judy's will match the polished frame nicely.

Ok,ok, I know, should be Judy XC. But the Marzo XCR is more modern, and comfortable fork...
Or any air-oil sspension forks from that era?
And anybody knows this Tange BB? Should I use this?

Re:

Personally I'd go with a blue or yellow bomber on there because I never liked the RockShocks of that era. If the BB is in good condition no reason not to use it. If its clapped out then replace with a good quality cartridge bb - it'll last for ever.

another vote for autosol/polish around the decals. Those ones look too good to replace.

Yep, you're right about the decals.
Anybody of You use the Autosol? Means, how I should cover the decals, what polishing material should I use, and should the polished frame needs some finishing?

I used autosol on my xizang and a little bit on my zaskar (yet to do the whole thing as too lazy), all I did was be carful around the decals, just used a rag to put on and rub, then a polish cloth to buff up.
