Base frame is a 91 Cindercone/lavadome/fire mountain etc I prefer the chain, as they don't rust and rarely snap, unlike Shimano or Sram, but will swap for the silver version shortly.
I the flesh the colour is sort of 70 percent yellow 30 percent green.

So what chain is it then? i think it looks ok

Chain is a KMC 8sl the Gold Nitrided ones, not cheap, but they don't break and shift slicker than any other brand I've used, my LBS run a a couple of pro riders, both will only use these for the same reasons.
