91/92 Bontrager OR Race Lite - immaculate again

So..it appears that I like Bonty’s then.

My first stab was the super clean late 95/early 96 frame which I lovingly built and entered into the BOTM earlier this year.

My second attempt is a slightly earlier frame/fork and, like most all frames that come along (thank you @1552 for this), I throw something on it almost immediately as I’ve planned it in my head awaiting it’s arrival.

The fork is special. It’s immaculate, as is the whole package, but it is sporting the Bonty crown and altogether is pretty stunning.

Always subject to change but it looks good at the moment. The wheels may go darker - like all black- but the makings of a nice retro are there.

Some parts are taken from the first stab so you’ll have seen them before but as I went more OEM on it these goodies were waiting for this one.

The tyres are a fave and in surprisingly good condition for their age.

Anyway enough of the prattle - your feedback is welcome. 🤗

As ever, more to come.

I might be slightly biased but you can never go wrong with a nice Bonty and this is a nice Bonty!
They have a nasty habit of multiplying in my experience. :)
Anyhoo, signing in for updates.
I don’t blame you. I have 2 Bonty’s in the quiver which I would not have thought was possible at the start of the year. Bangin frames in my humble opinion. The workmanship is incredible.
