Thought Carl Cox was a god in the early 90's. Believed I was really hardcore because I had a bootleg tape of his with N-Trance 'Set You Free' on it a year or two before it was released   .

He was good back in the day for sure before he lost his way musically!

my laddie had some carl cox on his i-pod from last year ibiza
still top stuff imo

homeboy ,hippy and a funky dread

never heard anything from them for a loooong time

do a search for sacha vatoff on i-tunes podcasts

Good shout

Does anyone remember Senser as well?

Yep. My brother bought their demo when we saw them warm up for the Ozrics at Manchester International. Must have been 91/92. Thought they were OK but they did go on to better things.

This is 90's hardcore at its best.

This is the original, but when Dougal or Hixxy drop it into a set it sounds mental.

Ha ha ha!

I used to pop round to Mr Dougals house for tea (well not really tea) BITD! He was a nutter, pure out and out! He and a few other taught me how to mix the round wax, amongst other things

Should say early 90's remains indie for me... Mega City Four (hence the user name), Neds, Carter, Senseless Things etc etc. Then mid 90's Hardcore rocked up and Carl Cox, Slipmat, Dougal... Then late 90's i wanted to meet girls so i Dj'd with along side Jeremy Healy, Scott Bond, Tall Paul, Nigel Benn, Mat Jam Lamont, Derick Carter to name but a few... ahhh memories... ish :D
