90's Dave Yates custom road bike

This is my dads road bike he had made for his challenge of John O Groats to Lands End in 1994.
Unfortunately he has had to move in to a care home and we have to clear his house out.
We listed it for sale for less than £100, but a king gentleman messaged us to remove it and check the forums.
eBay has similar ones listed for £150-£200+, is this correct?

I would think £150 is reasonable.

Excellent paintjob! The frame on its own is probably more appealing than the eclectic build, it should be worth £400 - £500 but current market says £150 - £250 probably.
