you have to ask yourself what what you plan to do with this bike. if it's just going to be a rider
then leave it as is. if you plan on making it a show quality bike then yes, strip and paint. but then
you will probably find the condition of your parts aren't up to the snuff and down the complete resto
rabbit hole you go. the original patina looks great on this finish the build and ride it.

All buttoned up less the pedals. Rear derailleur is well worn so need to find another in better condition and without that plate mechanism.

Sure thing. Center of BB to top of seat tube is 19" Center of head tube to center of seat tube is 21". Stand over height is 29.5". BB is 11" to bottom from ground. Chain stays are 16.5" from seat tube to center of drop outs. No real accurate way to measure angles. Here is my 1984, very similar but 1/2" shorter seat tube measurement.
