70s TT equipment question

I have a pair of Campag Pista 177.5 cranks with drilled chainring/s complete with Campag Pista pedals etc. I might consider selling them on - but they won't be cheap!

Just a quick question, when your Russell was refinished did it have the top tube cable guides added and the cables routed under the BB? Lovely looking bike

I saw they had gone from LFGSS . Modolo did brakes as mentioned but the other off the wall choice were the plastic Weinmann delta copies . Did you buy the downtube levers as well?
