This is a lovely frame, in need of new paint but still very nice. I was so tempted to keep it and have it resprayed for a quality rebuild but I just have not got the time or money for such a project, shame...
Anyway it is a Knoops frame which as far as I'm aware is a shop in NL. It is very likely that this frame was built for them by Zullo. It is Columbus TSX with the most interesting bottom bracket shell I have ever seen (since found out is a Nash bb). Internally routed rear brake cable, pantographed on top of seat stays, fork crown, dropouts and bb, nice brake bridge and double bottle bosses.
Unfortunately that rather stunning paint job has seen better days so it really could do with a refinish. The Campag seat bolt is well and truly in there and will take some effort to get out. The race number lug has also been removed. The other problem is that the non drive side dropout adjuster has been cut off and then it looks as though someone has tried to unsuccessfully drill out the remains, there is a dropout bolt in its place which works just as well.
With a refinish you will have a stunning high quality frame.
