3ttt logo with red background?!

I need your help. There's an offer for a stem+handlebar combi on the net. But I've never seen these logos with a red background. Any special edition or a fake or whats going on there. Hope you can help me :/

It's most likely nail varnish or touch up paint, done to match bar tape or paint colour at some point. I *cough* may have done a similar thing with a Tioga T-bone back in the 80's.

Looks like a bit of red paint to me...........

Nice stem / bar combo though. I had a similar set up on my track bike and the fingerprints on the polished alloy were a real pain LOL

That'll come off easy i'd imagine, would i buy them for 40 pounds?...probably not, could buy a bike for that
