Which and what year Rocky Mountain?

Anyone know the model year and if it’s quite a high end desirable frameset?

Likely an 87-88 based on the chainstay mounted u brake. At this point in time, everything by Rocky Mountain was high end and desirable. That sticker above the bottom bracket will likely tell you the tubeset, and indicate that it was made in Canada.

Yup, with those eyelets I'd guess a con-fusion as well.

Pretty sure I’ve seen this frame in person at jumbles in the Bristol area. I think I came to the same conclusion this was a Fusion, seller also had two other RM frames from the same era - a Blizzard and an Avalanche I think. If I remember correctly this one had a Tange MTB sticker and ‘built in Canada’ sticker too.
