26.8 to 29.8 seat post shim.

Rather than measure I read up on the internet and didn't come out so good.

Trying to fit my shiney new Tioga T-Bone 26.8mm post into my 1994 Orange C16R which I believe is 29.8mm?

I have a shim but have deduced it must be 26.4 as my new post isn't going in at all and I have clearly tried, so swapping the post for a more common size isn't happening either.

Anyone got this random size knocking about?

It is indeed an odd size...I do happen to have a Syncros post in 29.8 for sale though, and it's 425 long too! If interested, PM me.
