I hate to be such a boring guy but I like my titanium raw.
I have been working the yoga (my mom taught me a few things) and was able to narrow the span of the elbow cups by 1 inch total with limited pain and much improved flexibility.
I am working on the turtle neck (that doesn't sound right ) and still have a way to go.
