Slightly weird, and I don't just mean the weird bar ends with the riser bars. A Blizzard that weighs 28.25lbs without pedals? Why would a knowledgeable shop like SJS cycles say "Rocky Mountain Hummer frame TIG welded 853 Heat Treated crome-moly main tubes"? What's Hummer got to do with it?
I think 2003 was the first year when the Blizzard was sold only as a frame, not a built-up bike. But why pay £600 for a frame and then hang this kit on it? Could be a good buy i suppose, but not all that much value in the parts. Maybe all that Deore stuff weighs a ton and that's why it's such a heavy bike.
