Another '98 Kila, which looks kinda ok for the frame, pictures are not brilliant. Worrying bit is the parts, which got my "somethings not right" sensor singing:

Looks as though the headset and stem have been replaced with '95/96 vintage Kona parts - velocity stem and control centre/impact threaded headset so they could fit some lowish spec Rockshox forks ILO the original Z3's.

I'm not so worried about the kit, it's the fact you can't tell too much about the quality of the frame. I'd be paying them a visit if I were thinking about buying.
