yep, and the canti stop like the erarlier one i have.... the mounts are the same as my 1999 swing arm so it should be a straight swap

Yes it should be an easy swap from my old swingarm to Your swingarm for disc, I'm thinking of putting a z1 fork on it.. But have to find a new rearshock too.

That shock does look a bit past it, I've got a fox rebound adjustable shock on mine, its one of the only modern bits I have on the bike but I wouldn't change it due to the difference it makes to the ride.

For a Heckler of this vintage you need 200mm eye-to-eye.
