about the coil, are they different firmness and which one is mounted ?

I believe you can get different firmness, but to be honest I don't know all that much about them. I have used them as they are from new, so assume they are the medium? I'm sorry, not able to confirm that though, unless google brings me any help!

Medium as standard. Firm and X-firm still available.
