MY97 Z2s which would have been produced somewhere between mid to late 1996 to mid 1997.

I'ved always ran v brakes on these but been told that they are not IS standard and require a special caliper just like the MY97 Z1 with the dual disc tabs.

Steerer 200mm, forks in very good condition, serviced in 2008 with new seals etc, owned for a month or two by my mate in 1997 from new, then by me since, so never been jumped etc, and rarely used over the last 3 or 4 years as i've added other bikes and ignored my GT.

Anyway, given condition I am looking for £60 plus postage, which If I box it up and take to the post office I imagine would be about £8. Price reflective of condition in photos.

If anyone has any questions please ask. I will honour "DIBS" on here, but given every item I have sold so far has been a drawn out affair and half the people tehn ignore my PMs if you say you'll take it please pay within a day else I will pass to the next buyer.

Thanks

Excuse the crap photos!

Only one small scratch on these, need to be properly cleaned as some general grease on them but good condition classic forks!

Bump!

hi
the steerer is 1 1/8 ? but can be changed to a 1 inch ? or am I wrong

thay are oil / air ?

as the steerer can be undone, I suppose shipping to France could stay reasonnable ? ( don't remember max size of small parcel ?)

thanks

Steerer is 1 1/8th.

Steerer's are repaceable with two bolts, as far as I am aware you can therefore switch to 1", I will try and confirm that 100% on here.

I will see how small I can pack it up tonight, the maximum dimensions I can see are (from Royal Mail website):

Items packed flat

Minimum size: 140 x 90mm
Maximum size: length, width or height less than 600mm
Length + width + height: less than 900mm
How long is 600mm? Roughly as long as two sheets of (A4) paper laid end to end.

Might be a push but i'll see what I can do. Will pack it tonight as small as I can and confirm later if ok with you?

I believe you can get different firmness, but to be honest I don't know all that much about them. I have used them as they are from new, so assume they are the medium? I'm sorry, not able to confirm that though, unless google brings me any help!
