1994 Univega CB 6.3 Kevlar?

Found this amazing low mile Univega on eBay today and purchased it for a ridiculous $300. Anybody have any info or backstory on this model?

hi, that's an Univega Carbolite 6.3 model sold 1994-5

Some say it's pretty similar to selected Giant Cadex models.

It's not an exclusive bike, but your's is apparently in perfectly well preserved condition.
