In my quest to recreate my very first proper mtb I have ended up with 2 of these so I'm having a clearout of the excess !
1992 Lava Dome frame in purple.
I don't know what the official Kona size for it is but the frame measurements are as follows:

Seat tube c/c - 17"
Seat tube c/t - 20 1/4"
Top tube c/c - 22 1/4"
Head tube - 6"

Although the frame is solid enough the paintwork is by no means perfect. I've tried to show this in the photos but I can email high res copies should anyone want them. The worst is around the seatpost where the previous owner had tried to remove the stuck seatpost (I have since done this properly). There is a good amount of paint missing from this area and some of the paint that's left round the frame junction is pitted. The previous seatpost removal attempt has left the top of the seat tube a little splayed and the end of the tube is a little chewed. It's not major and would easily be sorted just by popping a seat clamp back on it but I want to point these things out.
As you can tell it's no showroom beauty but is a good solid frame and could easily be brought back to life with a powder coat and fresh decals or happily ridden as is with no shame.
Although not shown in the pictures it will come with a rear brake cable guide.

Frame including UK postage - £30
I'm happy to post abroad but this would cost extra.

That looks exactly like mine! Mebbe an inch bigger - are we going to turn up to a ride at some point looking like a his & his couple...? :?

Only if I ever get my arse in gear and finish mine !

So we're on the same schedule then? Sometime in 2014 I'll give you a call to co-ordinate saddlebags and accessories...

Don't suppose you have two pairs of P2s for it as well? Due to a massive dose of incompetence I have three sets that don't suit...

Unofrtunately not no.
What steerer/thread length do you need ?
I know a man who may well be wanting to sell a pair that are in great nick.
