1988 Specialized Stumpjumper

Makster - wow. I so loved taht bike when it came out.

It's an 88. Dinucci Green and Magenta Pink. 87 was all dinucci green. Got catalogues for both if you need help with matching.

So so cool. well done.

Made a few changes today...
I cleaned up the VERY manky RM20's that I had kicking about, fitted some new rubber and replaced the non-matching wheels that were fitted....

I like the way the previous owner of these wheels found it better for his brake pads to use the top surface of the rim rather than the side... :roll:

I also dug-up some NOS MT62 brake levers from in the man cave. Got some wider specialized bars and period grips to fit too, once the grips arrive
Hope Gil can help with decals when he gets back from his holidays as they're really all thats missing now
