This is from the first year specialized ever produced a frame let alone a full bike. My friend bought it in Chicago back in 1981 and had it built to this spec. It’s numbered no 17 . Japanese built frame and fork.

i think I’m under priced for a bike that wasn’t imported into the country was one of the first for such a significant bike company . These are incredibly rare due to short numbers being made and especially in the country .
