Currently in the proces of rebuilding this 1979 Koga-Miyata ProRacer. I bought it around 2010. This is a Tange Champion #2 tubing frame bike with Dura-Ace EX. The bike is 100% original including hoods, cotton tape etc, but atm the wheels are from a 1980 GentsLuxe-S. Not long to go before it is finished.

A rare all black Dura Ace EX group would certainely be cool with this pearl orange. Koga specced it with black rings and shifters only.

I do have an all black 1st Dura-Ace group. The Dura-Ace EX is a big step forward in many aspects:
- it looks better: mechs, brake callipers, levers, shifters show more refined aesthetics
- less chome: chrome of the early DA callipers was not of the same quality as Campagnolo
- DA EX differs more from Campagnolo than 1st Dura-Ace, with own innovations and solutions like the Dyna-Drive cranks, 'hatch plate' rear mech and the brake callipers
