16" Offroad 550 frame/forks & U.S.E. seatpost etc

Note: I am removing the Aero Zytec mag wheels from being included in the sale of the BMX frame,fork, bar combo due to info from a helpful member as to the true value of the wheels I will be working on cleaning them up a bit - if any of you are particularly interested in them please let me know as I may list them on ebay soon.

I'm also researching the value of the BMX frame etc - not expecting much but you never know!

The incomplete U.S.E. seatpost is generating interest on it's own so will be selling that separate from the proflex frame (I think I have a basic post to go in it's place but if not I'll let you know)

I will ask that as I am trying to raise money for a much needed new bike please let me know if I'm selling anything below it's value - I'm not greedy but would like it to be a good deal for both buyer and myself

people have been asking about postage - I'm happy to do this if buyer is willing to cover most of the cost. I believe it's fair to share this. It's most likely I will need to use a courier of some sort to pick up the larger parcels as I don't have a car and would need to carry them on foot to the P.O. - hence my preference for collection!

Looks like it'd be under the 'plaster' on the leg

Yep the hole is under the 'plaster' as far as I know - I've not done anything with the forks since saving them from the bin so can't confirm the condition of the internals but guess that new lowers, oil and air pressure would get you a nice fork

Ok just sorted the details on the U.S.E. post - I think it's a 25.0mm dia and I'd say there's 220mm length from the cut end to just below the sticker.

A pic of the different seatpost that will be included with the proflex frame etc

Here is a list of what I can remember that will be included in the proflex bundle:
Proflex 752 frame inc post, clamp, ripped velo seat, front mech, smooth BB, 1" headset & maybe also 1" original threaded headset - I think I have all the bits just need to find them
Proflex forks 1" threaded
broken 1" flexstem and uno 1" ahead-type stem
original canties f&r
resin 2/3 finger brake levers
7speed gripshift inc cables & or 7 speed new rapidfire shifters
flat bars
original R-hand crank and mismatched L-hand
Possibly original plastic pedals
old and possibly original 7 speed cassette - dirty but looks to have some wear left in it.
This really is a bundle sold as seen and I think I've covered everything!
Price £40 collected or enough to tempt me to post

I really don't want to post unless you can offer me enough to tempt me I'm sorry - If you really want it then I'll see if I can work out the cost of a courier like parcelforce.

Ok - update on what's available etc

Girvin Vector2 forks - SOLD -

Offroad/proflex frame etc (see above post for what's included) - available and have found out it is in fact a 16" 550 from 1990 as far as I can tell. £40 collected

USE seatpost with lower clamp from primo rod (please see previous posts for details and pics) - still available - £15 posted

Schwinn Thrasher 1983 frame/fork/bar combo - SOLD -

Aero Zytec mag wheels - no longer available as rear is too damaged on inspection and front will be kept as a bit of a project for me in the summer.

Rock Shox SID forks from 1998 with damaged lowers - also keeping these as a bit of a project to refurbish - offers welcome if you really want them.
I have decided not to accept 'free and I'll cover postage' offers
